Leadership styles identify different ways of exercising influence over others. There is no pre-packaged formula to express one's leadership, since there are numerous behavioral and inspirational nuances that characterize the leaders.
Identifying and understanding the different styles of leadership can be useful in any context: the leaders are not only those who play the role of "boss" in the workplace or politics. In fact, we can all find ourselves in a leadership position on a daily basis: each person can be recognized as a guide and a reference model with their partner, children and in the circle of friends and peers. Family, couple life, social relationships, associations, creative activities, sports, are all areas in which anyone can find themselves - in addition to being an example for others - to play a leading role: that's why it is important to analyze and understand styles of leadership. In fact, only after having acquired this awareness can we smooth our behaviors in order to optimize our charismatic gifts.
