Join the Community!

CommonSpaces is aimed at creating a bridge between universities and workplaces by developing employability skills through the collective sharing and remixing of OERs (Open Educational Resources). Being active members of a community of practice such as CommonSpaces allows to build personal and professional relationships, and to build on your own interests to develop your skills and knowledge in collaboration with peers and experts.

In CommonSpaces you can:

1) explore a database including a growing number of reusable OERs, previously catalogued and evaluated by the members of the Global Community, to find resources for your learning;

2) join projects and cooperate with your colleagues to extend and organize the collective knowledge of the community;

3) use the social tools of the platform to share ideas and network with other members who share your professional interests;

4) join the professional and/or institutional Communities that are most relevant for your career.

In addition, we are now working on further developments that will soon allow you to participate in a mentoring relationship during which experienced professionals will support novices in their professional path.
